Subdivisions
Envirostudio have worked on a large variety of subdivisions. Ranging from two lot subdivisions to 520 lot. Assessment of vegetation on site and neighbouring areas better informs strategic planning and masterplanning.
Informed landscape masterplans can integrate the site into functioning wildlife corridors, more appropriate planting choices, and account for wildlife values, ecological associations and existing forest quality.
Cumner Road
Envirostudio was involved in the initial Ecological reports and surveys. The surveys led to a PMAV being lodged and Qld state mapping amended. Envirostudio also prepared Open space Planning, Landscape Concept and Vegetation Management Plans.

Intense ecological surveying, led to a successful PMAV application. Envirostudio also completed Vegetation Management Plans and Rehabilitation plans

envirostudio provided Vegetation Management Plans, Bush Fire Management plans and reports.
Broadwater road, Broadwater
Broadwater road involved negotiating with the Brisbane City Council to successfully achieve outcomes positive outcomes for the client and council. Vegetation managment and retention of existing trees along restored creek and riparian values improved environmental and community benefits.
